There was a brief vision I had where a theory emerged that the sprawl led to other galaxies.

Such an aspect of the Sprawl however, is impossible to determine at this time. The fragmented clusters of Sprawl worlds that bind the galaxy as we know it remain mostly an enigma to even the most advanced civilizations to have emerged in the wake of the Rupture. Of the civilizations able to be accessed as of Epoch 7903, triangulated to a region of the Milky Way Galaxy.

Westerhout 50, Terzan 5, Pleiades, the Crab Nebula (M1), all globular clusters, nebulae and open clusters within this galaxy or at most, in the thick disk near the center of the galaxy. The Westerhoutites? The Pleiadians? The Cancri? Unclear. The designations are biased to more memorable names. For instance, the Architects (Interstellar Civilization Cluster 03 [ICC03]) were associated with Djorgovski 1, despite the Architect expanse being so expansive that it also is known to encompass MGC 6284.

The Pleiades are associated with human civilization, known also as The Plexus or Interstellar Civilization Cluster 06 /ICC01. The Sprawl (Galactic Civilization Cluster 01[GCC01]) when it was in its expansion phase focused in on globular clusters, nebulae and H2 regions due to having FTL methods that just favoring that kind of jumping out compared to the vanguard oligarch who stake-claimed Geminga back in the year 2312 AD. Gilizet, the core sprawl fragment world, is found basically in the Pleiades. Hidden in plain sight.

All of which, a mockery of the early astronomers seeking techno signatures by being so obvious yet inexplicably elusive until the 22nd century by older Anno Domini conventions instead of Epoch 7307.

Behind the scenes work has picked up pace with other finance related issues in a more stable place. There is a limit to the amount of time spent on this, but it is a limit which is less oppressive when there are no burnouts and less stress from uncertainties. There are optimistic feelings for this week on the front of creative output compared to the past three or so weeks. Expect the next article to be posted on September 18th, with more progress on multiple projects which have for a while now been shelved to show. A better elaboration on what the whole premise of the Sprawlverse even is (and that it is likely to be renamed to Epoch 7903 due to my own concern that people may think the galaxy this all takes place in has to do with Gibson's Nueromancer, it very much does not!).

There is likely to be a broadening of the scope of this newsletter to encompass talk about more subject matters, scientific and theoretical/philosophical along with expressing my views on modern cyberpunk/transhuman philosophical constructs along with talk about game design as buried under all of this is a ludic need to create a framework that aligns with the creation of spaces and worlds beyond the now.
